Role of Tailings Solidification and Backfilling Technology in Mine Safety

Abstract:Thesolidificationandfiling processoftailings isanimportant technicalapproach toachieveminesafetyand comprehensiveutilizationofresources.Thesystemanalyzedtheprinciplesof tailings solidificationandflling technology, as wellasthemechanismsofground pressurecontrolandroofstability.Itexploredtheroleofthis technologyinpreventing surface subsidenceand collapse,improving the working environment,andfireand explosionprevention.Combined with engineering examples,itverifiedthesignificanteffectivenessofthis technologyinimproving minesafetyandeconomic benefits.Theresults showthatbyusing optimizedratioand inteligentfillingsystem,thesubsidenceof theroof can be reduced by at least 40% ,and the tailings emission reduction rate can be 70% to 80% .Research suggests that the developmentof high-performancelow-carbonbondingmaterialsand intellgentfiling control technologyisanimportant direction for the future construction of green mines.
