Research on the Optimization Path of Land Resource Protection and Utilization Under the Ecological Redline System

Abstract:Theecologicalredlinesystem,as thecoresystemof national ecologicalsecurityandgreendevelopment,has profoundly influencedthepatteroflandresource protectionandutilization.Fromtheperspectiveof spatialcontrol,this paper systematicalyanalyzes the functionsand mechanismsof ecologicalred lines inland protection,pointingoutthat currentlandresource protectionfaces problemssuchasspatialconflicts,poorinstitutionalconnections,andlowregulatory efficiency.Italso proposes ways tooptimize land usestructure,strengthen ecological constraints,and promote green transformation.Byimprovingtop-leveldesign,strengtheninglocalgovernance,promotingtechnologicalsupportadocial collaboration,we aim to buildaland usesystem that emphasizes both ecological securityand economic development, providing theoretical support and policy references.
