Process Optimization for Resource Utilization of Electrode Foil Corrosion Waste Acid

Abstract:Inorder tomeetthedemandforefficientresourceutilizationofelectrodefoilcorosion wasteacid,amultistageoptimizedprocessflowwithsuspendedimpurityremoval,metalionfractionationextraction,andacidcomponent regenerationas thecore is constructed.Basedon typical operatingconditions,acomparativegroupandanoptimization groupare setuptoconduct experiments on coagulation sedimentation,membraneseparation,complexation extraction,and corosionreuse,quantitatively evaluating resourcerecovery eficiencyandacid stabilityindicators.Theresults showhat optimizig theprocessignificantlyimprovestherecoveryateofmetalssuchasalumium,copper,andzinc,ndefctively extends the cycleofacid solution circulation,with good engineeringadaptability and high promotion value. 电极箔制备广泛采用酸性电化学工艺实现基材表面多孔化处理,腐蚀过程中产生的废酸富含铝、铜等金属离子与部分可再利用酸液成分,同时混杂悬浮颗粒、有机助剂与氧化副产物,形成化学性质复杂、处置难度较高的液态废弃物[1]。(剩余3342字)
