Abstract：Themainsourceofwatersupply inGuizhou province is groundwater，butkarstlandformsare widelydistributed inGuizhouprovince，andthegroundwatersystemiscomplex，posinguniquechallnges forhydrological welldrillng.Based onthehydrogeologicalconditionsofGuizhouprovince，this paperanalyzes thecharacteristicsof groundwaterresources in driling，exploresthedifultiesfacedbygroundwaterresoureutilzationindriling，uchasdifcultyinlocatingaquifers， high polutionrisks，and mismatched processes，and proposes eficientutilizationstrategies for groundwaterresources inhydrological welldrillng.Theaimistoprovide technicalreference forthesustainabledevelopmentof groundwater resources in Guizhou province and similar geomorphic areas.
