Internal Reflux Ratio Control Method Based on Ammonia Nitrogen Regulation and Its Application Benefit Analysis

YIN Xiwu’,XIA Liang²,YUANWeibo² (1.NanjingTofangWaterCo.LdubeiBranch,Huaian30Cina;ofangWaterGroupCo,Ld.,anjngCina) Abstract: In response to the operational requirements of the A2/0 wastewater treatment plant under strict total nitrogen discharge standards,amethodforcontrolingtheinternalrefluxratiobasedonammonianitrogen indicators wasproposed, anditsapplicationbenefitswereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatcomparedwiththetraditionalmethod,thismethodreduces theinternal reflux ratio by approximately 151% ,the amount of chemical oxygen demand required for each removal of total nitrogen is about 4mg/L ,and the annual electricity consumption is saved by 80800kW⋅h .This method provides an effective solution for wastewatertreatment plants tooperateunder strictdischarge standards with energy conservation and cost reduction.
