Abstract：Inordertoeffctively fulfilltheresponsibilityof“twounifications”of naturalresourcesand builda comprehensive，objective，eficient，andunifiednaturalresourcemonitoringsystem，inaccordancewiththerequirements of the Overall Plan for the Construction of Natural Resource Surveyand Monitoring System，Hunan province began implementingthe“1+N”satelitemonitoringworkin2O2OandisuedtheThreeYearActionPlanfortheConstructionof HunanProvince'sNaturalResourceMonitoringandProtectionSystem.Thisarticlecomprehensivelyintroducesthetechnical methodsand standardized workflowofthecomprehensive monitoringand verificationresultsof naturalresources in Hunan province in practical work，and elaborates indetailonthesystematic solutions exploredand formed.Atthesame time， we will deeplysummarizethesignificantachievements inmechanismresearchand applicationofresults，and propose coresponding improvement suggestions basedon existing problems，aiming toprovideuseful references for promoting the high-quality development of natural resource comprehensive monitoring.
