Research on the Metallogenic Regularity and Prospecting Direction of Sandstone Type Uranium Deposits in the Southern Songliao Basin

Abstract:Thisarticle elucidates the controlling factors and enrichment mechanismsof sandstone typeuraniumdeposits inthe southern Songliao Basin byanalyzing itsgeological structural characteristics,hydrogeological conditions,and mineralizationdynamics.Researchhasshownthathecouplingefectofregionaltectonicactivitysedimentaryfaciesdistribution, andhydrogeologicalconditionscontrolsthespatial distributionofuraniumdeposits.Basedonamultidimensionalprospecting indicatorsystem,aprogresiveprospectingmethodof“regionalinvestigation-targetareaevaluation-orebodyverifcationhas been proposed, providing theoretical guidance for uranium exploration work in the region.
