Abstract：Toachieve thereductionand initialresource utilizationof kitchen waste，aroomtemperature aerobic biological hydrolysis process isadoptedtotreatkitchenwaste.Theresults indicatethattheaerobicbiologicalhydrolysis processat roomtemperature has good treatment eficiencyand canachieve eficient reductionof kitchen waste.The properties of thebiological hydrolysis solution meetthe requirements forsubsequent treatmentand have lowenergy consumption.This processhas broad appicationprospectsandcan provide strong technical supportfortheresourceutilizationandharmless treatment of kitchen waste.
