Research on the Synergistic Extraction Process of Vanadium and Tungsten from Spent Denitrification Catalysts

Abstract:Inspentdenitrificationcatalysts,vanadiumand tungstenaredispersed inanoxidized state,resulting inlow conventionalleaching efficiency.Theexperimentusesacombinationofroastingactivationandacid leaching to increase metalexposureanddeterminetheoptimal leachingconditions.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheleaching amountof vanadium and tungsten is significantly increased when the sulfuric acid concentration is 2.0mol/L ,the reaction temperature is 85 C ,and the reaction time is 3h .The experiment uses Tributyl Phosphate (TBP)extraction-back extraction technology to obtainhigh-purityvanadiumsolution,andcombinedwithpHvaluetungstenprecipitationproces,theseparatioefciency is stable.Intheresidue,theresidualamountofheavymetalsislow,andtheby-productscanbeusedfortungstenresource regeneration,and the overall process has good adaptability and resource utilization potential.
