柔性管理在应急供应链构建中的作用研究

【摘  要】突发事件的不确定性对应急供应链的运作提出了更高的要求，论文在阐述柔性管理的基本理念的基础上，尝试分析应急供应链管理目前存在的实际运作问题，讨论结合柔性管理加以解决并由此提出相应的对策建议。

【Abstract】The uncertainty of emergency puts forward higher requirements for the operation of emergency supply chain. On the basis of expatiating the basic concept of flexible management， this paper tries to analyze the actual operation problems of emergency supply chain management at present， discusses how to solve them by combining flexible management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
