新时代中小企业运营管理与竞争力再造

【摘  要】中小企业在我国的国民经济中占据了半壁江山，其为国民经济的发展贡献了重要的力量，在我国的竞争市场占据了重要的份额，为我国广大的待就业人士提供了就业的机会。论文就新时代中小企业运营管理与竞争力再造展开研究，以供参考。

【Abstract】Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy half of the country's national economy， they contribute an important force to the development of the national economy， occupy an important share of the competitive market in China， and provide employment opportunities for the vast number of people waiting for employment. This paper studies the operation management and competitiveness reconstruction of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new era， for reference.

1 引言

据调查显示，截止到2019年年底，我国中小企业的数量已经突破了百万余家，占全国企业总数的90%以上，其创造的GDP占所有企业的65%，为全国近500万待就业人士提供了展示自我的平台。（剩余2901字）
