巴彦淖尔市养老问题探析

【摘  要】随着建国后“婴儿潮”一代逐渐老去，中国老龄化进程逐渐加快，巴彦淖尔市作为内蒙古西部的一个地级市，也将面临严峻的养老问题。了解巴彦淖尔市养老机构、企业现状以及老年人的养老需求，有助于分析当前存在的问题，以更好地应对老龄化带来的压力。

【Abstract】With the "baby boomers" getting old after the founding of the People's Republic of China， China's aging process is accelerating gradually. As a prefecture-level city in western Inner Mongolia， Bayannur will also face severe pension problem. Understanding the present situation of pension institutions and enterprises in Bayannur City and the needs of the elderly will help to analyze the existing problems and better cope with the pressure brought by aging.
