The reading material is from Section B（2a-2c），Unit 6 I’m watching TV，Grade One（People’s education press. ）.This is a passage ，Which focused on the topic of the Dragon Boat Festival . It introduces Zhu Hui’s activities before the festival in the USA，expresses his feeling of missing his family. It’s helpful to improve the Ss reading ability.

二、The analysis of the students situlation

The students have learnt a lot of the Dragon Boat Festival in their daily lives， so they should be familiar with it . However， some students are not good at English. What’s worse， they almost never have classes in English.
