公共图书馆卫生安全管理制度建设

摘 要 作为面向社会公众开放、提供文化服务的公共图书馆，在历经非典和新冠肺炎等突发公共卫生事件后，在卫生管理制度上如何创新建设，保障公共卫生安全，实现安全与服务双赢，是公共图书馆的重要课题。论文从公共图书馆卫生安全管理危机现状，制度建设原则、主要类别内容、考核考绩等维度，对命题进行了系统探索。

Abstract Consistent improvement of public libraries in solving problems such sanitary safety system innovation， public sanitary safety protection and win-win situation in safety and service quality， is becoming an increasingly important topic， especially after SARS and COVID-19 attack. This paper systematically explores the proposition from the perspectives of the current situation of public library health and safety management crisis， system construction principles， main categories and contents， and performance appraisal.
